This might be a weird place to ask, but I was wondering if anyone here still RPs on WrA, and if they can tell me what the RP scene looks like? I'm getting the itch.
Is there a certain requirement to join the group? I have recently quit WoW but I'm planning to go back within a few years, and I still do WoW art, but not as often. What do I need to do to join in?
I recently moved over to WRA from Moon Guard, and i'm wondering if thee's any criteria for joining this group? 
The MG group needed me to give them my main characters' name to ensure authenticity, i'm just wondering if I need to do that here.

You're fine. Every so often I'll go through and check, but I don't see the need for it to be mandatory to link me your character on the server. You questioning it alone was proof enough for me to see that you took your character's server into consideration before joining the group. I'm not worried. Besides, I think majority here, at least back in the day, came here and joined from posts I made on the wyrmrestaccord.org forums. So you're good hun.
